We assist our clients in all acts of cadastral surveys, which can be in two forms, mechanized acts (already included in the computerized database), or non mechanized acts (paper deeds). The certification foresees the issuing of a free paper copy of the findings of the database, thus enabling the consultation of deeds and land registry documents. In particular, through specific access keys listed below, the cadastral survey permits:
- Acquisition of identification data and income from properties (land and buildings)
- Verification of whether a certain person (or entity) emerges as owning real estate
Moreover, through the cadastral survey, it is possible to consult the map and the acts of cadastral updates, and, only for those who are eligible, also the plans of urban housing units.
Documents relating to the situation- current or archived- are able to be issued for:
- Individual properties
- Properties contained in a cadastral section
- Real estate registered (at least) to the subject requested
- Extracts of map spreads (necessary for the fractionation of particles of land in view of transfer of rights) map types (required for reporting of new urban construction) or for other purposes (not land)
- Copies of fractionation types
- Copies of cadastral plans of urban housing units (required by law on the property or their delegates)
- Coordinates of vertices derived from the cadastral map of the plant
- Copies of monographs of cadastral trigonometric points
Furthermore, entire sheets of land register maps may also be issued.
